Celebrating the SRRC’s ‘Escape to the Scenic Rim’ month, Liz from Elossa – Yoga – Live Performance, and I are proud to to present our Nurture in Nature Women’s Retreat.

Designed to support busy women of all ages, our retreat will enable you to:

• reduce stress, anxiety and tension and gently rediscover your authentic sense of self,
• learn how to embrace relaxation, serenity and purpose as you nourish your mind and re-energise your body and soul.

Through carefully designed creative activities including meditation, mindfulness, and laughter yoga, we will help you regain control of your busy life.

Surround yourself in nature and take advantage of this creative full-day retreat to reward, renew and re-energise yourself.
