BEAUDESERT laughter yoga instructor Nerelie Teese has urged Scenic Rim residents to join the 2022 Great Australian Laughie Challenge.
Ms Teese is a certified laughter yoga group leader and holds free laughter yoga weekly sessions in Beaudesert as part of the Scenic Rim Regional Council’s Be Healthy & Active program.
She encouraged locals to video themselves laughing to help promote mental health.
The challenge launched on 02/02/2022 aims to recruit 2,022,022 people of all ages across the nation to take videos and post them onto a Facebook page designed specifically for the laughie challenge.
