Every Sunday at 9:00am, (10:00am in winter and you will be advised when the time changes), near the McKee St carpark in Jubilee Park, Beaudesert. You’ll easily see the big yellow banner promoting Laughter Yoga.
All you need to bring is your drink bottle. Chairs are provided – and all Laughter Yoga sessions can be done sitting down.
Part of the Scenic Rim Regional Council’s ‘Be Healthy & Active’ program since 2020, free weekly Laughter Yoga is open to everyone.
Please note that the ‘Be Healthy & Active’ program follows school terms and that Laughter Yoga might not be held during school holidays. Always contact Nerelie about this.
